Stop being the commentator and be the creator of your experience…

Most people (unknowingly) play the commentator of their experience. They think and talk as if their whole world is just happening to them by simply luck and coincidence. This couldn’t be further away from the truth.

The truth is that you are a powerful creator of every aspect and area of your life. You are responsible for your own living heaven or hell. That without your awareness, without your mind, without your thoughts and feelings, your world would not exist. So the fact is that your outer world that you are experiencing is a reflection of you inner world: your thoughts, your feelings, your beliefs, your expectations, and your dominant point of focus.

Let’s use money as an example as it’s one of the easiest things we can all relate to in our modern world. If you continue to focus mainly on the lack of money- complaining about and thinking that money is difficult and takes a lot of hard work- then you will continue to hold yourself away from receiving more money. But if you can start to focus on how it would feel to have an abundance of money right now- by imagining, pretending, and planning what you want to do with it- then you will open up your mind to the infinite possibilities and opportunities that are all around you that all lead to more money.

What most people don’t realise is that every thought you think and every emotion that you feel is vibrating and pulsating from your heart and the very core of your being. We are not physical objects: we are energetic and vibrational beings creating everything that’s happening to us.

So stop the need to talk and complain about all the things in your life and the world that don’t make you feel good. Start focusing on what you do want. Start giving yourself time everyday to lie down, close your eyes, and pretend your world is exactly as you would love it to be right NOW. Imagine it NOW. Pretend it NOW. Feel as if it’s real right NOW.

Remember that you’re world is a reflection of your inner state of being. If you resist something: you focus more energy towards it. If you can accept life and whatever arises in the present moment, and continue to give yourself time everyday to imagine yourself as you want to be, then nothing and no one can keep you from anything.

You’re a powerful creator of your life. Do you want to live on default and let the world around you dictate your experience? Or do you want to start creating the life you want to live?

Life is a beautiful dream. Be fearless. Enjoy it.

It’s all imagination…

Your world exists only in your imagination…

Do you think it exists somewhere else?

Relax and think for a moment…

Does your world exist only inside your head?

Or does it exist somewhere else?

Relax and be easy on yourself and the world…

Remember it is your state of mind that is creating your world, not the other way around…

 

The way is love…

(Read as slowly as you possibly can.. you may begin to notice the silence all around you…)

Be love. Be love to everyone and everything you come into contact with. Forget all opinions, actions, and appearances: don’t hold anybody to anything. Just be love, just be loving and kind to everyone you come into contact with.

When you treat everyone and everything with unconditional love and acceptance then you begin to resonate deeply from your being. So focus only on being love no matter what this moment contains. Allow life to unfold naturally without resisting it. Allow people to be as they are. Focus only on being a light of love and calmness to everyone you meet and everyone around you. If you can allow that love to blossom within you, you will become of immense value to everyone you come into contact with. No longer will your state of being be dependent on the things happening to you, and so the universe will begin to mould around you. You will become the powerful and effortless creator that you are.

This moment is a magical dream. Go dream and enjoy it.

Flow and allow…

Flow with life. Let things go. Stop evaluating and analysing and allow life to unfold naturally…

Allow people to be as they are. Understand that we’re all on our own learning experience, that nothing is personal…

Focus only on allowing this moment to be without resisting physically, mentally or emotionally…

If you can relax- if you can allow this moment to be- you will find the peace that passes all understanding…

Peace doesn’t come from the external world being as we would like it to be; true peace comes from within, true peace arises when you realise deeply that this moment is exactly as it’s supposed to be, that nothing has gone wrong, that life is always working out for the best.

Your world exists only in your head. Enjoy it.

The Purring Meditation

Purr, just like a cat. It’s like a subtle vibrational noise with your voice box, like you are making a gentle crackling sound with your throat. I should point out this should not be a strain or cause any tension or discomfort: it should be very calming and quiet and soft. But there’s no right or wrong, you just make a subtle purring noise just like a cat.

So breathe in nice and calm, and purr all the way out nice and calm. Just keep breathing and purring softly and quietly to yourself. Keep the pattern going and going, breathing and purring, breathing and purring…

When you feel in amidst negative thoughts or emotions, stop and give yourself 5 or 10 minutes to do this. It is a wonderfully simple but very powerful way to break the momentum of negative thoughts and emotions. It allows you to soften all mental and emotional resistance, allowing your vibration to rise. If you can become aware enough of negative emotion and stop yourself to do this, you will make massive gains and you will allow your awareness to expand.

Remember life isn’t serious. If you feel negative emotion, use it as energy to turn inwards to allowing this moment to be. You know life is unfolding exactly as it needs too, so relax and let things be.

Get on the vibration of appreciation to a life of abundance

Keep reaching for thoughts that make you feel good, thoughts that are soothing and relaxing…

Sometimes you might enjoy thinking about your desires and imagining they’re real right now, and sometimes you might think ‘‘it’s okay, everything will work out, just allow this moment to be’’…  

Whatever you are doing, just keep searching for things to appreciate and things to be grateful for. Look for things to praise, look for things to compliment. Focus on where you are right now, keep going smaller and smaller right down to the water you drink and the food you eat…

The more you get on the vibration of appreciation, the better and better you feel. And the more you focus on appreciating and allowing the present moment to be, the faster and more effortlessly everything falls into place for you…

Remember it’s only your resistance to the present moment that is holding you back. The more you keep reaching for thoughts that make you feel good, and the more you have fun and allow the present moment to be, the faster everything falls into place for you…

So relax and be easy on yourself and everyone around you.

Free yourself and allow the world to be as it is

Let go of your opinions and the need to judge and evaluate yourself, the world, and everyone around you. Simply relax. Allow people to be as they are, allow the world to be as it is, and allow the present moment to unfold without resisting it…

Remember; the more you relax the more you allow, and the more you allow the more effortlessly everything falls into place for you. It’s not your job to pin things down and put everything into place; it’s your job to relax and enjoy watching life unfold…
